Q) What is Flicker Lash Fix adhesive liner?
A) Flicker Lash Fix is an exciting, revolutionary new product – a super easy 2-in-1 eyeliner and adhesive pen. With no more sticky glue or heavy magnets, it’s a total game changer – thank goodness! With a few quick and easy swipes along the lash line, the lashes stick perfectly. It’s super smooth and compatible with any strip lashes!

Flicker Lash Fix comes in two different colours to suit any make-up style and is compatible with all our Flicker Naked Lashes. Even better, we pride ourselves on the fact all our products are vegan-friendly.

Q) How is our Flicker Lash Fix eyeliner different from regular lash glue?
A) Flicker Lash Fix is easy to apply like a regular eyeliner for everyday use: there's no waiting for it to dry with lashes sliding out of place; no messy glue getting into your natural lashes causing a build-up which results in pulling out your natural lashes once dry; and no gunky glue residue left on your lashes – meaning you can use them up to 25 times! 

Q) Why should I choose Flicker Lash Fix over magnetic eyeliner?
A) We believe Flicker Lash Fix is a better option than magnets on the eyelid. Flicker Lash Fix is lighter on the eyelid compared to a heavy magnet and does not need a magnetic eyelash to be applied. You can use any of our Flicker Naked Lashes with our liners. 

Q) Do your Naked Lashes come with glue?
A) No, our Naked Lashes are designed to work best with our Lash Fix Noir & Naked liners so you can get maximum usage from your lash. Although you can use traditional glues they will need extensive cleaning for re-use. 

Q) Will Flicker Lash Fix make my eyelid sticky or ruin my eye shadow?
A) Flicker Lash Fix should be applied as thick or thicker than your naked lash band and will not run onto your eyelid or into your eyeshadow. You can also apply Flicker Lash Fix directly to your lash band if preferred.

For best results, add Flicker Lash Fix adhesive liner directly onto your eyelid before your eyeshadow. Or if you do liner after eyeshadow, please make sure you wipe the felt tip clean by using a non fibrous wipe.

Q) Can I use Flicker Lash Fix as a daily eyeliner?
A) Absolutely! The great news is that our Lash Fix Noir eyeliner can be used as a regular eyeliner, meaning only one pen in your make-up bag. Our eyeliner is waterproof, smudge proof, and will stay put for up to 12 hours.

Q) How do I remove Flicker Lash Fix eyeliner?
A) Our eyeliner can be removed with any oil-based eye make-up remover and wipes. Micellar water and warm water can also be used.

Q) What should I do if I have an allergic reaction to the product?
A) Flicker Lash Fix eyeliners are tried and tested, and adhere to UK/EU cosmetic standards and regulations. The ingredients of our Lash Fix products are listed on their product page and also on the product itself to help you identify any sensitivities or allergies.

In the unlikely event of an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and rinse out the eye(s) with clean warm water. Should any reaction persist, please seek medical advice. If an allergy occurs within 30 days of purchase, please send us a picture of your reaction and email our customer services team at hello@flickercosmetics.com to discuss further and we will action a refund for you.

Q) Are your products vegan?
A) Yes! We love all fur babies and our products do not contain animal ingredients, animal by-product, or any other animal-derived ingredients. Our lashes are all made from PBT fibre and products have NOT been tested on animals.

Q) How many times can I use my Flicker Naked Lashes?
A) If looked after, you should be able to use your lashes up to 25 times. They should be stored in the Flicker Naked Lash tray in the box and cleaned every few uses for maximum use.

Q) Can I use mascara over my lashes?
A) We recommend not over the top of your beautiful lashes in order to minimise mascara build-up. But if you do, ensure you gently clean the mascara off afterwards using micellar water. 

Q) How do I remove my lashes?

1. When removing, detach your false lashes slowly from the outer corners. No sticky glue means no ripped out eyelashes – and easy removal!

2. You can use micellar water with a cotton pad to wipe away the adhesive after use.

3. After each use, please place the lashes back into their tray to retain their shape. No crusty glue means they will be good to wear again right after removal!

4. Care tip: We recommend cleaning the tip of your adhesive pen regularly. You can do this with micellar water and a cotton pad. We also recommend cleaning any residue off your lashes every four or five uses. You can do this with a cotton bud and any non oil-based make-up remover. You can also store your pen upside down to keep fluid running to the tip. And always shake well before use! Not following these tips will shorten the lifetime of your Flicker Lash Fix Liner.

Q) How do I clean my lashes?
A) We recommend you clean your lashes every few uses to avoid a build-up of make-up on the naked band. To clean them, place the false lashes on a paper towel and use an oil-free remover or micellar water on a cotton bud to gently rub the residue off the band and lashes. Do not squeeze your lashes – leave them to dry naturally.

A) Absolutely – we love our planet, it's awesome! So we aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible. All our packaging and what we send our beautiful products in are fully recyclable. Our lash trays are also made from bagasse and are 100% biodegradable.
